Institutional Audit

Institutional audit has the following procedural steps:
  • Sending initiation letter by MQA.
  • Conduct self-evaluation by the HEI and send the self-evaluation report to the MQA.
  • Appointment of the audit panel.
  • Site visit by the audit panel.
  • Generating the audit report.
  • Approval of the audit report by the MQA’s Advisory Board.
  • Publish audit report.
  • Follow-up.
